1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kennis OS, including the SDK, CLI, APIs, and platform services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Kennis OS provides a shared infrastructure platform including authentication, database, AI services, event-driven communication, and developer tools. The service is operated by Kennis Wiser Capital Ltd.
3. API & SDK Usage
API access is subject to rate limits and fair use policies based on your plan tier. The SDK is provided under the MIT licence. Excessive use that degrades service may result in throttling.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you store on the platform. We grant you a licence to host and process your data as part of providing the service.
5. Security
You are responsible for securing your API keys and access credentials. Report vulnerabilities to security@kennisos.com.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kennis Wiser Capital Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
