Account information (name, email, organisation), usage analytics (API calls, feature usage), application data you store on the platform, and KORA AI query logs (anonymised after 30 days).
3. How We Use Your Data
To provide and improve platform services, communicate with you, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Storage
All data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL databases in eu-west-1 (Ireland). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare) and when required by law.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Export your data at any time through the SDK or API.
